1. How do I order a trailer, trailer part, or trailer accessory?

It’s simple! The process is quick and easy. The best way to order is to contact us online or call directly at 1-844-732-2746.

 
2. Is financing available?

Yes! For well-qualified buyers, any of our trailers can be financed. See the finance page for more information on financing your next trailer.

 
3. Where will I pick-up my trailer after purchase?

Trailers are available for pick-up at our manufacturing facilities in South Georgia. Please call the office for directions to the plant facilities. 

 
4. I’m unable to pick-up the trailer I ordered. Can I get my trailer delivered?

Yes, trailer delivery is available if needed. Call our office and one of our sales staff will be happy to assist you with any questions concerning delivery costs.

 
5. Do you accept credit cards?

Credit cards are accepted and are subject to an additional credit card fee. Unless specified, all deposits are non-refundable. We accept the following payments:

  • Visa
  • Master Card
  • Discover
  • Pre-approved Certified checks
  • Cash

 

6. What is an important factor to know when purchasing an enclosed trailer?

Perhaps the most important thing is to note the distance between cross members, the spacing and thickness of the metal is important, as well as the kind of metal used in the frame.

 
7. What is the difference between single axle and double axle enclosed trailers?

Both single and tandem axle enclosed trailers have their own advantages. In fact, single axle enclosed trailers works well for turning around in a tight area. It’s easier to pick the tongue of the trailer up on a single axle verses a double axle. However, tandem axle enclosed trailers can haul more and are easier on a vehicle because it’s more stabilized and does not put as much tongue weight on the towing vehicle.

 
8. What size ball do I need when picking up my enclosed trailer?

You will need a 2” ball for single axle trailers, and a 2 5/16” ball for tandem axles.
